How does the training take place?

Classes are held via video calls on Google Meet. Practice and assignments are completed on our proprietary interactive platform. We use electronic whiteboards, digital materials, and our own resources. The training includes group video classes, webinars with teachers, homework assignments, and regular written feedback (corrections) from a curator, with continuous support throughout the learning process.

Are receipts issued after payment?

Yes. Receipts are generated by the payment service and the official app. After a successful transaction, the electronic receipt is automatically forwarded to you via email or messenger.

What if I didn't receive the receipt or access email?

Please write to us at info@voxera.academy or contact our manager via Telegram. We will promptly check the information and provide access as quickly as possible.

What is the lesson cancellation policy?

Cancellation or rescheduling of an individual lesson is possible no later than 2 hours before its start. Otherwise, the lesson is considered held and is subject to payment.
