This contract regulates the provision of consulting and educational services for foreign language learning. Payment for a course or a single lesson constitutes full and automatic agreement (acceptance) with all school rules.
Services are provided in a digital and interactive format. Immediately after successful payment, an email containing instructions and access to the educational platform is automatically sent to your specified email address.
In the event of cancellation before the start of the course, a 100% refund is provided. For cancellations after the first lesson, the refund is issued minus the actual expenses incurred.
All materials provided as part of the training are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, and reselling educational materials are strictly prohibited.
We collect and store only necessary personal data: your first name, last name, and contact details (email or phone number) provided by you. By making a payment or enrolling in a course, you automatically consent to receiving informational and organizational notifications via email from Voxera Academy.
Payments are accepted through secure systems: YooKassa, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. We do not collect or store your bank card data — all transactions are processed on the side of secure payment gateways.
Classes are held via video calls on Google Meet. Practice and assignments are completed on our proprietary interactive platform. We use electronic whiteboards, digital materials, and our own resources. The training includes group video classes, webinars with teachers, homework assignments, and regular written feedback (corrections) from a curator, with continuous support throughout the learning process.
Yes. Receipts are generated by the payment service and the official app. After a successful transaction, the electronic receipt is automatically forwarded to you via email or messenger.

Cancellation or rescheduling of an individual lesson is possible no later than 2 hours before its start. Otherwise, the lesson is considered held and is subject to payment.
